Uffizi Gallery 

Founded in 1581 by the Medici family, the Uffizi Gallery is one of the oldest art museums in the world. It is famous for the Medici collection of art from the Renaissance period. Aside from this, there is also a wide range of artworks in different mediums spanning from ancient times to the 18th century. Some of the highlights are the Birth of Venus and the Primavera by Sandro Botticelli, the Annunciation and the Adoration of the Magi by Leonardo da Vinci, and the Venus of Urbino by Titian. The Uffizi Gallery also has a very stunning architecture, with long and elegant corridors overlooking the Arno River.
