About

Inspired by the beauty of nature, I could finally paint the landscapes more realistically. My previous paintings contains the simple primary colours: green, blue and yellow colours, but further more I have researched and practiced, I found myself painting a landscape using various colours, techniques, as well as finding my own style.

My recent landscape paintings contain different proportions of composition using the primary colours with strong brushstrokes, which are different and stronger than previous paintings. Some of the landscapes were depicted from a photograph; the recent paintings were from Algonquin in October. Similarly painted from a photo, but I added my own techniques to form my own “style” of landscape paintings.

Moving forward, I always wanted to paint oriental paintings like Asian landscape such as mountains with trees using ink with bamboo brush. But, because I want my own unique style, I used an oil paint and painted onto the white canvas. I have enjoyed painting the Asian oriental – istic paintings and will continuously developing myself to create a new and better form of art.
